     Exchange shipping is at the customers expense

So Flair Blair will gladly accept exchanges in the event that all garments and tags are in tact. So Flair Blair reserves the right to deny any exchanges if the merchandise is not returned in its original condition, NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
Final sale items include: accessories, purses and frames
 A store credit will be issued if the merchandise is as follows:
Wrong size
Damaged 

 

A store credit will be given as a coupon code that will be valid for 90 days 


Once all transactions have been processed the customer will provide a functioning email where a confirmation/tracking number will be sent to include all order details.

Due to high business volumes stock on certain items will be limited. This means there will be no guarantee that a particular item will be available for exchange at that given moment in time.

Pre-Sale
Pre-sale purchases mean that the customer is acknowledging that they are reserving an item before its future expected dispatch date. When ordering a presale item it ensures that you are among the first to receive a product when it becomes available.

When Will I Receive My Order?
Due to COVID-19 the shipping process will be longer than usual. Please note that it takes 5-7 business days for orders to process and 3-4 weeks to ship to its final destination.
(Orders may arrive sooner than expected)
Local Pickup 
If you wish to chose the local pickup option during check out please read carefully. Once order is processed you will receive an email from info@soflairblair.com within 24 hours of purchase, (does not include weekends or holidays). The email will include order pickup details.
