So Flair Blair will gladly accept exchanges in the event that all garments and tags are in tact. So Flair Blair reserves the right to deny any exchanges if the merchandise is not returned in its original condition, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Final sale items include: accessories, purses, frames, and custom items
A store credit will be given as a coupon code that will be valid for 90 days
Once all transactions have been processed the customer will provide a functioning email where a confirmation/tracking number will be sent to include all order details.
Due to high business volumes stock on certain items will be limited. This means there will be no guarantee that a particular item will be available for exchange at that given moment in time.
Pre-Sale/ Custom Order
Pre-sale and custom orders will allow customer to reserve an item before its future expected dispatch date. When ordering a pre-sale item it ensures that you are among the first to receive a product when it becomes available.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Please note that it takes 5-7 business days for orders to process and 1-2 weeks to ship to its final destination. Custom orders will vary. Communication will be sent regarding all order details once payment is received.
